Kako se zastrupimo

Boljša je preventiva kot kurativa! Pazimo raje, da se sploh ne zastrupljamo z živim srebrom iz amalgamskih zalivk, z oporečno kitajsko hrano (arzen), z alergeni, pesticidi in herbicidi (glifosat!), z aluminijem iz deodorantov, sipke soli, aluminijaste posode in alu-folije, … Ampak, če se že celo življenje vedno bolj in bolj zastrupljamo, ne moremo pričakovati, da se bomo na hitro razstrupili kot nam obljubljajo reklame! Še posebno ne tako zlahka, ker je treba ta proces izvajati postopoma po vrstnem redu – protokolu. Drugače si lahko naredimo več škode kot koristi, ker se strupi samo premestijo drugam po telesu. Zaradi nevednosti lahko npr. prehitro odpremo možgansko bariero (BBB) in tako gredo strupi iz še ne očiščenega telesa v možgane namesto obratno!

  • Organizmu strupeni so ne samo strupi kot težke kovine, ampak tudi odpadni produkti presnove kot so sečna kislina, amonijak, homocistein in celo zaradi pomanjkanja HCl in encimov neprebavljena hrana. Razstrupljamo se preko ledvic (vodotopne snovi), jeter (v maščobi topne snovi), pljuč (hlapne snovi) in kože (znojenje) ter tudi preko črevesja, ki hkrati skozi črevesno sluznico sprejema izločke bakterij (nevrotransmiterji) in izloča odpadne produkte v limfi. Če postanejo ti organi preobremenjeni, potem začne telo odlagati strupe čim dlje od vitalnih organov, torej v medceličnino, sklepe, maternico (OK dokler je menstruacija, v meni pa je to problem!) ali prostato. Tako skladiščenje strupov izvaja telo na 4 načine:
  • zadržuje odpadno vodo v medceličnini in s tem se povečuje telesna teža, medtem pa vseeno zaradi osmoze primanjkuje vode v celicah
  • nevtralizira kisle odpadke s kalcijem, natrijem in kalijem in tako tvori soli v mehkih tkivih in sklepih (artritisi)
  • drenira kisline skozi sluznice in kožo tako, da tvori ekceme, razjede, ture, dermatitis in psoriazo
  • prilagodi presnovo celic kislemu okolju brez zadostnih količin kisika, tako da se celice spremenijo v rakave.

Vsakodnevno – metabolno razstrupljanje v treh fazah

  • Biotransformacija poteka z oksidacijo za kar potrebuje encime, ti pa kot kofaktorje vitamine in minerale!
  • Konjugacija pomeni vezavo prej oksidiranih spojin v manj strupene in bolj topne
  • Izločanje prej nastalih topnih snovi skozi celične membrane v vezivno tkivo in limfo potem pa v kri, ledvica in urin ali žolč in v blato.

Vse tri faze morajo delovati usklajeno! Jetrni encim citokrom oksidaza P450 npr. potrebuje železo in hem, česar pa slabokrvnim primanjkuje. Obratno pa lahko primanjkuje konjugantov (glutation in žveplo) v drugi fazi in to spet upočasnjuje celotno razstrupljanje. Tretja faza je energijsko zelo potratna, saj porabi 40% vse naše ATP energije za aktivni transport elektrolitov v kalij – natrijevi črpalki, ki črpa kalij v celice, natrij pa ven v medceličnino. Zato se npr. kalij najbolje vnaša v telo ravno s kalijevim askorbatom (zmešamo kalijev bikarbonat s C-vitaminom) z dodano D-ribozo (za ATP). Ta K-N črpalka vzpostavi pravilen redoks potencial na steni celice, da gredo lahko hranila v celico in metaboliti ven.

Da ta proces izmenjave na celični membrani teče, potrebujemo dovolj prostih elektronov. Te pa lahko dobimo tudi od zunaj z IonDetoks banjico za razstrupljanje preko nog, rok (dobro razstrupljanje pri artritisu)  ali sedala (super za odpravljanje ginekoloških vnetij, kalcifikacije prostate in hemeroidov). Črevesje

Najprej saniramo črevo, da ni prepustno in da očistimo steno črevesja kjer je lahko med resicami polno nesnage, ki nam tudi onemogoča dobro vsrkavanje hranil. Prepustno črevo (Leaky Gut Syndrom) nam lahko povzroča avtoimune bolezni, probleme s ščitnico (Hashimoto). Nastane zaradi intolerance na živila kot sta npr. gluten in kazein ter lektinov v glukoznih sirupih, pomanjkanja žvepla (česen, čebula, jajca, MSM, NAC) kar povzroča črevesno vnetje ter zaradi disbioze – neravnovesja med dobrimi in slabimi bakterijami ter glivicami v črevesju. Prepustnost se pokaže tudi na blazinicah prstov kot prečne črte.

Prepustno črevo pozdravimo s primerno prehrano:

  • brez glutena kazeina in soje (vsaj 6 mesecev), brez sladkorja in pretirano škrobnate hrane (gomolji in žita) ter brez predelane hrane, brez kafeina, natrijevega glutamata (ojačevalec okusa), brez margarine in ocvrtih maščob
  • z balastnimi snovmi (stročnice, česen, čebula, por, drobnjak, lan, banane) in dobrimi maščobami (hladno stiskano olivno in laneno olje, gi maslo ali navadno maslo), z fermentiranimi živili (kislo zelje in repa, kombuča, kefir iz kokosovega mleka)
  • pomaga pa tudi jemanje aminokisline L-Glutamin (pospešuje celjenje), lanenega olja (Omega 3 zavira vnetje) in dodajanje probiotikov (Multi EM ferment). Pravzaprav pridejo probiotiki nazadnje, saj se moramo prej znebiti še parazitov, če smo preveč obremenjeni z njimi. Ti se namreč obdajajo s težkimi kovinami in če se želimo znebiti teh kovin, moramo hkrati odstranjevati tudi parazite.

Razstrupimo jetra

Ha ha, gre tudi brez Liverina Forte! Seveda pa vedno pomaga tudi pegasti badelj s kurkumo in ščepcem popra. To je najbolje zaužiti z malo maščobe (juha, jogurt, kefir, zlato mleko) zvečer pred spanjem, saj se jetra čistijo med 2. in 4. uro zjutraj.

  1. šest mesecev uživamo Chlorello 3x dnevno po čajno žličko ali 1x dnevno po jušno žlico.
